The machine was designed and manufactured to produce rotor shafts for electric power tools.

The machine was designed and manufactured to automatically perform the following operations:
- Automatic loading/unloading of parts from/to the tool carrier line, using a pick-and-place unit between the shaft ends.
- Turning of the ring seat + milling of the commutator + turning of the commutator.
- Ring assembly - commutator side
- Ring assembly - drive wheel side

The machine has several production programs for manufacturing different parts.
Each program clearly corresponds to a specific shaft type.
