300-liter vacuum jam cooker / evaporator

Hagyó Vacuum Universal 300

For sale: 300-liter vacuum concentrator – in almost new condition!

Hagyo Vacuum Universal 300, an industrial vacuum concentrator manufactured in 2023, used only 10-12 times. Regularly serviced and ready for immediate operation.

Vacuum concentration is an extremely gentle process: the water evaporates at a temperature below 50 °C, thus preserving the color, aroma, and nutritional values of the raw material, and the final product becomes much more enjoyable.

Ideal for:

concentrating pressed fruit juices to a jam-like consistency with a high refractive index, at low temperatures, without damaging the fiber and aroma characteristics,
concentrating vegetable juices to a jam-like consistency (e.g., pumpkin, carrot, beetroot),
extracting spices and herbs at low temperatures.

Unique modifications made to this machine (not found on other machines in the series):

high-performance defoaming unit,
a 300-liter collection tank with a cleaning opening instead of the standard 100-liter tank, so the machine does not need to be stopped for emptying,
new silicone elements on the mixing blade.

300-liter filling volume
stainless steel construction, double-walled, with heating jacket
mixing and vacuum system with automatic temperature control
stainless steel final cooler (condenser)
