REINFORCING MESH PRODUCTION PLANT

The production plant consists of three parts:

1. Calibrating and ribbing machine

The machine is powered by a 90 KW motor with power steering and soft start.

Machine speed is 3-8 m/s

Deforms the wire in one pass and makes the smooth wire ribbed. The maximum wire diameter is ø12mm. Maximum wire reduction is 10-17% depending on wire quality. The wire should be low carbon

The central parts of the machine are:

Central column with 2 hydraulic supports
Mechanical wire cleaning unit
Wire lubrication unit
Wire ribbing unit with EUROLLS cassette
One block 90 kW
Speed compensator between the calibrator and the reel

2. Reinforcing wire straightening and cutting machine

The central part of the machine has installed power in kW depending on the model
The machine is supplied with a 3t (winch) load unwinder with pneumatic brake
Automatic table for storing the finished product 6 m
The accuracy of the machine is ±2mm.
The machine is automated
The machine speed is 50-100m/min
The machine is supplied with: two sets of straightening reels, two pairs of knives and two pairs of measuring rollers.

- electrical equipment in a Schneider cabinet
- all bearings in the machine are FAG or SKF

3. Reinforcing mesh welding machine

VM-Srepresents a new generation of machines for manufacturing reinforcing mesh. This unit is Automated and operated by only two workers. The operator manually inserts longitudinal wires into the
automated cart and all further processes are automated.
